Coordinated through the Bureau d'Evaluation des Politiques Publiques (BEPP), Benin has institutionalised a national evaluation policy and has piloted rapid evaluations in priority sectors.
Benin joined Twende Mbele as a founding partner and has led work on rapid evaluations, the institutionalisation of evaluation, and the use of M&E evidence in development planning and budgeting.
